do I order and pay?
Shopping online at
www.kalamazookidz.com.au is easy. Just follow these steps:

Click on the shopping
category to view items in that category. You can then scroll through the
thumbnail pictures of products within that shopping category. To view an
individual product click on the thumbnail photo and a larger photo and
product description of that product will be displayed.

Once you have selected an
item and the quantity, click on “Add to cart”. This will place your
selection within the shopping cart which can be viewed by clicking on
the “Shopping Cart” link at top right of your page.

Check you have selected the
quantity, colour, size and style for the item you require.

have completed your selections, proceed to the "checkout" button within
your shopping cart. |

follow all the prompts which will collect information such as the
shipping and payment details. Once your order has been processed you

Off-line via Credit Card
If you wish to pay using your credit card, but would prefer not to pay on-line,
then simply choose Phone Ordering in Payment Method section of Check out
process, then continue to Check out process.
You will then need to contact kalamazookidz.com.au on +61 2 4322 0865 to arrange
for payment. You may also discuss other methods of payment such as bank
transfer.

Money Order
If you do not have a credit card or have a card that is not accepted by
kalamazookidz.com.au, then we recommend that payment be made via Australia Post
Money Order. Simply choose the "Money Order" option from the method of payment
when purchasing your items, write your name and order number on the back of the
Money Order and post it to the following address :

Cheque
kalamazookidz.com.au also accepts cheques. Please note that all cheques require
a clearing period and your order will not be shipped until the cheque has been
cleared. Simply choose the "Cheque" option from the method of payment when
purchasing your items, write your name and Order Id (displayed on Order
Confirmation Screen) on the back of the cheque and post it as follows:

My payment won't go through,
what's wrong?
The majority of transactions will
not encounter any difficulties. However if your payment doesn’t go through
smoothly, the most common reasons include:

The web browser being used does
not have cookies enabled.

The credit card being used does
not have the international transactions facility enabled.

The payment system has timed
out. The system will cut off your payment connection if it has been idle for
one hour.
Some potential solutions include:

Enable cookies in your browser
(this setting is usually found in the browser options).

Contact your bank to ensure
international transactions are enabled for your credit card.

Go to the view cart section
again to reinitiate the payment process.

Try another credit card, it
sounds obvious but it sometimes does the trick.

Try another computer, this also
sounds really obvious but sometimes the security settings on a computer
system can prevent the successful completion of a transaction.

When will my order arrive?
If we have the item in stock, your
order will usually be shipped within 48 hours of placement*. If there will be an
extended delay in the shipment of your order, we will advise you via email. Once
your order is dispatched, shipping times are usually as follows:

Within Australia most capital
cities: 1-3 working days

Within Australia remote &
regional areas: 3 -7 working days

Air mail: 10-15 working days
Please Note
that we are charged a redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given.
This redirection fee will be charged to the sender following notification so
please be sure you have the correct address details when you place your order.

Signature required for receipt of
goods
Goods must be signed for on arrival. Please provide an address where the goods
can be received during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Goods will not be shipped to PO Box addresses.
Will there be any customs
duties, taxes, etc?
Customs duties and taxes vary from
country to country. If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such
fees you should contact your local customs or postal authority.
Any such fees are solely the
responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not included in the shipping
charges in your invoice.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders within Australia can be
shipped via Star Track Express Couriers, which in most cases will mean delivery
within 1 – 3 working days, once your order is dispatched. Delivery to remote
country areas can be up to 7 working days.
Orders shipping to locations outside
of Australia can be shipped via Australia Post;

Airmail - approximately 10
working days from dispatch to delivery and no tracking,

Express Airmail - approximately
5 working days from dispatch to delivery and parcel tracking provided,
Tracking numbers will be emailed to
you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated based
on the total weight of the products ordered, the shipping method selected and
the delivery location. This enables us to calculate the lowest shipping cost
possible. The shipping cost excludes any import duties/taxes as these are to be
bore by the purchaser.

Gift Wrapping
Please advise us if you would like your purchase
gift wrapped. We normally use white wrapping paper with coloured ribbons and
include a hand written gift with your personalised message if you wish.
Larger items such as chairs
and couches are not presented gift wrapped due to their size however a hand
written card will be included with these purchases if required.
Gift Wrapping is complimentary for all orders!
Refunds and Returns
We will refund or exchange
any faulty or incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of purchase (30 days for
international orders), no questions asked.

All prices are noted in Australian Dollars and
include the Good and Services
Tax (GST). The GST only applies to orders within Australia and it will be
deducted from overseas orders at the checkout.

market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors

Out of Stock
It is possible that a product you
order will not be in stock. If this happen we will notify you via email with in
a week and give you the choice of putting the product on back order or refunding
your credit card. A product placed on back order will be delayed while we
re-order the product from our supplier.
Chair Care
We recommend spraying your new chair with "Scotch Guard" to protect and
extend the life of the fabric. Scotch Guard is available at most supermarkets
and hardware stores.
